Black Seed
Known in Arabic as 'habbatus sauda,' black seed has been used for over 3,000 years. Archaeologists discovered black seed oil in Tutankhamun's tomb, highlighting its importance in ancient Egyptian culture. The Prophet Muhammad said of it: 'there is healing in black seed for all diseases except death,' a hadith that made it central to Islamic medicine for over 1,400 years. Ancient Greek physician Dioscorides used it for headaches and tooth aches.
