Candida Elimination Protocol
Starve the yeast, reclaim your gut
About this program
Candida albicans is a naturally occurring yeast that turns problematic when it overgrows and forms protective biofilms — structured colonies that ordinary antifungal approaches struggle to penetrate. This program's three-phase structure exists specifically to address that biofilm problem, using garlic, neem, oregano, and goldenseal for their traditional antifungal reputation, holy basil for stress/blood-sugar support (Candida feeds on sugar), and bitter melon to help regulate blood glucose.
How it works
The Candida Diet phase removes sugar and refined carbohydrates first, since yeast overgrowth is sugar-dependent and dietary change alone can meaningfully reduce the population; Biofilm Breakthrough introduces the antifungal herbs once the diet has already reduced the load, giving them a better chance of reaching yeast that would otherwise hide inside biofilm; and Restoration rebuilds the microbiome with an emphasis on Lactobacillus-friendly foods afterward.
Goal
Systematically eliminate Candida albicans overgrowth from the gut and systemic circulation, break biofilms, and restore a balanced microbiome dominated by Lactobacillus species.
Benefits
Is this right for you?
Significant commitment — most suitable once you have experience with gentler programs.
Best suited to those with recurring yeast infections, oral thrush, or a pattern of brain fog and sugar cravings that fits the traditional Candida overgrowth picture — the Intensive, 21-day structure reflects how long biofilm-protected organisms realistically take to clear compared to a simple infection.
Caution
Herxheimer die-off can be severe. Reduce herbal doses if symptoms are overwhelming. Avoid Goldenseal for more than 3 weeks. Do not use during pregnancy.
