Butterfly pea flower tea, commonly known as blue tea, is a caffeine-free herbal beverage made from decoction or infusion of the flower petals or whole flower of the Clitoria ternatea plant, alternatively known as butterfly pea, Aprajita, Asian pigeonwings, blue pea, Blue Tea Flowers, or Cordofan pea.

How to use
1–2 cups daily
- Prepare and drink 1–2 cups daily, warm or at room temperature.
- Avoid excessive amounts.
Interactions & contraindications
May have a calming/sedative effect
Watch for: Benzodiazepines, sleep medications, other sedative herbs, and alcohol
Combined CNS-depressant effects can cause excessive drowsiness or impaired coordination.
