Spinach (Esfenaj)

Nargesi is an Iranian dish made with eggs, fried onion and spinach. It is spiced with salt, garlic, and pepper. Its name, narges, means 'narcissus flower'. It is a type of spinach omelette frequently eaten for breakfast.
