  • Cover while steeping.
  • Strain and drink.

  • Pack dried Aloe (Shibu) into a jar and cover with 40–60% alcohol.
  • Seal and steep for 4–6 weeks, shaking daily.
  • Strain and store in a dark dropper bottle.
