About Spinifex Resin
Spinifex Resin (Triodia sp.) is a herb used in the Aboriginal Australian Medicine tradition to help with Wound Healing, Infection, Skin Health, and Dental Pain. The resin is the part traditionally used, used both internally and topically.

Decoction
- Add 1–2 tsp of dried Spinifex Resin to 2 cups of cold water.
- Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15–20 minutes.
- Strain and drink warm.
Tincture
- Pack dried Spinifex Resin into a jar and cover with 40–60% alcohol.
- Seal and steep for 4–6 weeks, shaking daily.
- Strain and store in a dark dropper bottle.
Powder / Capsule
- Grind dried Spinifex Resin into a fine powder.
- Fill size 00 capsules or stir into smoothies or honey.
Topical / Poultice
- Mash fresh Spinifex Resin or mix the powder with a little water to form a paste.
- Apply to the affected area for 20–30 minutes.
Infused Oil
