Video guide coming soon — for now, follow the written steps below.
Equipment needed
- Juicer (masticating or centrifugal), or a high-speed blender plus a strainer
- Cutting board and knife
- Fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag
- Glass storage jars or bottles
- Citrus reamer, if needed
General method
- Wash and prepare all produce and herbs, peeling or trimming as needed.
- Cut ingredients into pieces that fit your juicer's feed chute.
- Juice each ingredient in the order recommended for your juicer — soft produce first, then harder items.
- If using a blender instead, blend everything with a little water, then strain through a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag.
- Stir the juice well, since fresh juice separates naturally.
- Serve immediately for maximum nutrient content, or refrigerate in an airtight glass container.
- Consume within 24–48 hours for best freshness and potency.
