Ingredients

  • Distilled water120ml
  • Emulsifying wax18g
  • Non-nano zinc oxide (20% SPF ~30)30g
  • Jojoba oil30ml
  • Shea butter20g
  • Vitamin E oil5ml
  • Preservative2g

Instructions

  1. Make the base lotion by heating and combining water and oil phases as usual.
  2. Cool to 40°C.
  3. Add zinc oxide slowly while mixing to avoid clumping. Use a mask — do not inhale zinc oxide powder.
  4. Blend thoroughly to ensure even distribution.
  5. Add vitamin E and preservative.
  6. Bottle in opaque containers to protect zinc oxide from degradation.

Notes

Homemade SPF cannot be certified. This provides some UV protection but SPF level is not guaranteed. Do not rely on this alone for extended sun exposure.
