Menthol & Tea Tree Sinus Relief Rub
A cooling balm for sinus pressure and congestion, applied to the chest, temples, and under the nose (not inside the nostrils).
Benefits
Ingredients
- Jojoba oil — 40ml
- Beeswax — 6g
- Menthol crystals — 1g
- Tea tree essential oil — 8 drops
- Eucalyptus essential oil — 8 drops
Instructions
- Melt beeswax into jojoba oil over a double boiler.
- Dissolve menthol crystals into the warm oil mixture.
- Remove from heat, cool slightly, then add essential oils.
- Pour into a tin and let set.
- Apply sparingly to chest, temples, and upper lip area — avoid the eyes and inside the nose.
