Blood Purification Protocol

Cleanse the river of life at its source

About this program

"Blood purifier" is a specific, well-established category in traditional herbalism — herbs like manjistha, yellow dock, red clover, and burdock root that were historically reached for whenever a skin condition, sluggish circulation, or excess hormone burden showed up, on the theory that the skin and blood reflect what's circulating internally. Nettle and guduchi (giloy) round out the formula for their traditional immune and iron-supportive reputation.

How it works

Preparation gets digestion and elimination pathways ready so the purifying herbs have somewhere for mobilized toxins to go; the Active Purge phase runs the full blood-purifying combination at its highest intensity; and Integration holds a lower dose while skin and energy changes (which tend to lag behind the internal work) have time to show up.

Goal

Eliminate circulating toxins, heavy metals, excess hormones, and inflammatory markers from the bloodstream while improving red blood cell quality and iron metabolism.

Benefits

Clearer, brighter skinReduced acne and eczemaImproved energy and circulationBetter iron levelsReduced inflammatory markersStronger immune system

Is this right for you?

Some dietary discipline required — best if you've completed a gentle program before.

Best suited to persistent skin issues (acne, eczema) that haven't responded to topical treatment alone, or a general sense of sluggish circulation and low iron — a Moderate-intensity, 10-day commitment that sits between the gentler organ-specific programs and the more demanding anti-pathogen protocols.

Preparation

Days 1–3

Remove all alcohol, tobacco, recreational drugs, and excess sugar.

Begin Nettle tea (3 cups daily) — builds while cleansing blood.

Take Yellow Dock root tincture (30 drops) twice daily.

Eat iron-rich plant foods: lentils, spinach, pumpkin seeds, quinoa.

Add beets and pomegranate juice daily — both are profound blood builders.

Begin gentle exercise to increase circulation.

Active Purge

Days 4–9

Add Manjistha capsule (500mg) twice daily with meals.

Brew a blood-purifying decoction: Red Clover + Burdock Root + Dandelion (equal parts, simmer 20 min) — drink 2 cups daily.

Take Guduchi tablet (500mg) twice daily to support immunity.

Include chlorophyll-rich foods at every meal: spirulina, wheatgrass, dark leafy greens.

Dry brush skin and sweat daily (sauna, exercise, or hot bath).

Morning ritual: celery juice on empty stomach for 30 minutes before food.

Drink ½ tsp turmeric + ¼ tsp black pepper in warm water each morning.

Integration

Maintain red meat at under 2 servings per week.

Continue morning celery juice 3 days per week as maintenance.
