Heal acne, eczema and dull skin from the inside out

About this program

Chronic skin conditions — persistent acne, eczema, dull or uneven tone — very often have internal roots (liver clearance, gut health, hormone balance) that topical treatment alone can't fully address, which is the traditional premise behind "blood purifying" herbalism for skin. This program draws on that lineage directly: burdock root and red clover as classic skin-clearing herbs, nettle and manjistha for their traditional blood and lymphatic support, Oregon grape for its berberine content (long used for skin conditions), and figwort for lymphatic drainage.

How it works

Identify & Eliminate starts by removing common dietary skin triggers (dairy, sugar, processed food) while the herbal combination begins; Purify is the core phase where the blood-purifying herbs run at full strength; and Restore focuses on skin barrier support and maintaining results as the herb intensity gradually eases.

Goal

Address the internal root causes of chronic skin disease — poor liver clearance, gut dysbiosis, hormonal imbalance, and blood toxicity — using the blood-purifying herbal tradition.

Benefits

Cleared acne within 10–14 daysReduced eczema flaresImproved skin tone and clarityReduced rednessLess oily skinImproved psoriasis

Is this right for you?

Beginner-friendly — minimal dietary restriction, suitable as a first detox program.

Best suited to persistent acne, eczema, or dull/uneven skin that hasn't fully responded to topical treatment alone — rated Gentle because it works through internal support rather than anything harsh applied to the skin directly, even though the full course runs two weeks.

Identify & Eliminate

Days 1–4

Begin a skin elimination diet: remove dairy, gluten, sugar, alcohol, and eggs for the full 14 days.

Drink 2.5 litres of water daily — dehydration is the most common cause of skin congestion.

Brew Nettle + Burdock Root tea — 3 cups daily as the base blood purifier.

Begin Figwort tincture (20 drops twice daily) for lymphatic skin drainage.

Replace all commercial skincare with plain jojoba oil and rosewater — eliminate chemical load.

Begin dry brushing skin daily.

Purify

Days 5–12

Add Manjistha capsule (500mg) twice daily to clear blood heat and stagnation.

Take Oregon Grape root tincture (25 drops twice daily) — most effective for psoriasis.

Brew Red Clover + Burdock decoction for hormone-driven skin issues.

Introduce zinc supplementation (30mg zinc picolinate) — most important skin mineral.

Add omega-3 fatty acids (3g EPA+DHA) — resolves inflammatory skin conditions.

Eliminate all seed oils from diet — linoleic acid excess directly worsens eczema.

Apply diluted Calendula tincture topically to inflamed areas.

Restore

Days 13–14

Reintroduce eliminated foods one at a time — watch for 24–48 hour skin reactions.

Continue blood-purifying herbs for 1 month post-protocol.

Build a permanent skin nutrition stack: Zinc + Omega-3 + Vitamin A + Vitamin D.

Take before and after photos — skin changes during this protocol are often dramatic.
