3-Day Green Juice Fast

Flood your cells with nutrients while resting digestion

About this program

Where a water fast rests digestion completely, a juice fast takes a different approach — still giving the gut a substantial break from solid food while flooding the body with a dense concentration of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants from fresh vegetables and greens. Nettle, dandelion leaf, and turmeric anchor the juice blends for their traditional nutrient and liver-supportive reputation, with ginger, holy basil, and peppermint added for digestive comfort during the transition.

How it works

Day 1 — Transition is typically the hardest as the body shifts off solid food, often accompanied by mild headaches or irritability as digestion slows down; Day 2 — Peak Detox is when most people report the clearest energy and mental focus; and Day 3 — Clarity & Integration starts easing back toward whole foods, since three days is long enough to feel real benefits without the digestive readjustment a longer juice-only stretch would require.

Goal

Provide maximum micronutrient density while giving the digestive tract rest, flood cells with antioxidants, alkalise the body, and trigger rapid toxin mobilisation.

Benefits

Rapid alkalisation of bodySkin clarity within 48 hoursWeight loss (water and glycogen)Mental clarityEmotional resetHigh micronutrient delivery

Is this right for you?

Some dietary discipline required — best if you've completed a gentle program before.

Best suited to those wanting a nutrient-dense reset without the full digestive rest of a water fast — a good middle ground for people newer to fasting who still want a multi-day commitment.
