Arterial Plaque & Cardiovascular Support
Support healthy circulation, fibrinolytic balance, and vascular function
About this program
Support the body's own fibrinolytic (clot-dissolving) activity, encourage healthy circulation and endothelial function, and reduce the everyday dietary drivers of arterial inflammation β through nattokinase, classic cardiovascular herbs, daily movement, and a Mediterranean-style eating pattern.
Goal
Support the body's own fibrinolytic (clot-dissolving) activity, encourage healthy circulation and endothelial function, and reduce the everyday dietary drivers of arterial inflammation β through nattokinase, classic cardiovascular herbs, daily movement, and a Mediterranean-style eating pattern.
Benefits
Is this right for you?
Some dietary discipline required β best if you've completed a gentle program before.
Caution
Nattokinase, Garlic, Hawthorn, Ginger, and Turmeric all have documented blood-thinning or antiplatelet properties, and combining all five at once meaningfully increases bleeding risk. Do NOT begin this program if you take anticoagulant or antiplatelet medication (warfarin, aspirin, clopidogrel, or DOACs such as apixaban/rivaroxaban) without direct supervision from your prescribing physician β the combined effect can cause serious bleeding. Stop at least 2 weeks before any scheduled surgery or dental procedure. Avoid if you have a bleeding disorder, are pregnant or nursing, or have a history of hemorrhagic stroke. Arterial plaque and cardiovascular disease are diagnosed and monitored medically β this program is complementary wellness support only, never a substitute for cardiology care, prescribed medication, or emergency treatment for chest pain, stroke symptoms, or a suspected heart attack. Call emergency services immediately for any of those symptoms.
This program is educational information, not medical advice. Talk to a healthcare provider before starting any detox program, especially if pregnant, nursing, or managing a chronic condition.
