Nattokinase

Bacillus subtilis var. natto

Enzyme derived from fermented natto with documented fibrinolytic activity β€” traditionally used to support healthy blood flow and circulation

Used in this program

  • Begin Nattokinase at a lower starting dose (100mg / 2,000 FU) once daily with food, to assess your tolerance before increasing in Phase 2.
  • Increase Nattokinase to 100mg (2,000 FU) twice daily, taken on an empty stomach and away from meals for best absorption.

Garlic

Allium sativum

Supports healthy cholesterol levels already within normal range and has mild traditional antiplatelet activity

Used in this program

  • Add 1–2 cloves of raw Garlic daily β€” crush it and let it rest 10 minutes before eating to maximize allicin formation.
  • Continue raw Garlic and Hawthorn Berry tea from Phase 1.

Foundation

Days 1–5

Remove trans fats, fried foods, processed meats, and refined sugar from your diet entirely β€” these are the biggest everyday drivers of arterial inflammation.

Begin Nattokinase at a lower starting dose (100mg / 2,000 FU) once daily with food, to assess your tolerance before increasing in Phase 2.

Add 1–2 cloves of raw Garlic daily β€” crush it and let it rest 10 minutes before eating to maximize allicin formation.

Drink 2–3 cups of Hawthorn Berry tea daily.

Start a daily 20–30 minute walk. Circulation depends on regular movement, not supplements alone.

If you take any blood-thinning medication (warfarin, aspirin, clopidogrel, or a DOAC like apixaban or rivaroxaban), do not proceed past this point without your prescribing physician's explicit approval β€” see the caution below.

Active Support

Days 6–16

Increase Nattokinase to 100mg (2,000 FU) twice daily, taken on an empty stomach and away from meals for best absorption.

Add Turmeric (500–1000mg curcumin extract, ideally with black pepper to aid absorption) once daily with a meal.

Continue raw Garlic and Hawthorn Berry tea from Phase 1.

Add fresh Ginger to meals or brew as tea daily for circulation support.

Increase walking to 30–40 minutes daily. Add dry brushing before your morning shower to support circulation.

Watch for any unusual bruising or slower-than-normal healing from minor cuts β€” a sign this herb combination may be too strong for your body. Reduce back to Phase 1 dosing and speak with a healthcare provider if this happens.

Maintenance & Integration

Days 17–21

Taper Nattokinase back to once daily (100mg / 2,000 FU) as an ongoing maintenance dose, or follow your practitioner's specific guidance.

Keep the Mediterranean-style eating pattern from this program as your default going forward, not just for these 21 days.

Keep Garlic, Hawthorn Berry tea, and daily walking as long-term habits β€” the cardiovascular benefits of all three depend on consistency over time, not a single 21-day window.

If you're monitoring a diagnosed cardiovascular condition, schedule a follow-up with your physician or cardiologist to reassess relevant bloodwork and markers.

Sample daily eating

Mediterranean-style eating β€” fatty fish, olive oil, and plant foods β€” the most well-documented dietary pattern for cardiovascular support, built around this program's own allowed list.

Caution

Nattokinase, Garlic, Hawthorn, Ginger, and Turmeric all have documented blood-thinning or antiplatelet properties, and combining all five at once meaningfully increases bleeding risk. Do NOT begin this program if you take anticoagulant or antiplatelet medication (warfarin, aspirin, clopidogrel, or DOACs such as apixaban/rivaroxaban) without direct supervision from your prescribing physician β€” the combined effect can cause serious bleeding. Stop at least 2 weeks before any scheduled surgery or dental procedure. Avoid if you have a bleeding disorder, are pregnant or nursing, or have a history of hemorrhagic stroke. Arterial plaque and cardiovascular disease are diagnosed and monitored medically β€” this program is complementary wellness support only, never a substitute for cardiology care, prescribed medication, or emergency treatment for chest pain, stroke symptoms, or a suspected heart attack. Call emergency services immediately for any of those symptoms.

This program is educational information, not medical advice. Talk to a healthcare provider before starting any detox program, especially if pregnant, nursing, or managing a chronic condition.
