Lymphatic System Detox
Activate your body's hidden drainage network
About this program
Unlike the circulatory system, the lymphatic system has no central pump — it relies entirely on muscle movement, breathing, and hydration to keep fluid moving, which is why stagnation (puffiness, swollen glands, that generally 'sluggish' feeling) is so common. This is the longest of the Gentle-rated programs, using cleavers and figwort as classic lymphatic movers alongside red clover, manjistha, and kanchanar — herbs long used across Western and Ayurvedic herbalism specifically for lymphatic and glandular support — plus echinacea for immune trafficking.
How it works
Awakening spends the first stretch simply getting lymphatic flow moving again after what's often been a long period of stagnation; Deep Drainage is the extended middle phase where the full herbal combination and (ideally) dry brushing or rebounding do the heaviest lifting; and Strengthen tapers the herb intensity while reinforcing the movement habits that keep lymph flowing on their own.
Goal
Stimulate lymphatic circulation, reduce lymph node swelling, clear cellular waste from intercellular fluid, and support immune cell trafficking throughout the body.
Benefits
Is this right for you?
Beginner-friendly — minimal dietary restriction, suitable as a first detox program.
Best suited to anyone noticing facial or extremity puffiness, tender or swollen lymph nodes without an acute infection, or a general feeling of stagnation that improves with movement — a full 14 days reflects how slowly the lymphatic system responds compared to blood circulation, not added intensity.
Caution
If you notice hard, fixed, or rapidly growing lymph nodes, see a doctor immediately — do not attempt to self-treat. Avoid if you have active cancer without oncologist approval.
