Liver Deep Cleanse

Regenerate & restore your master detox organ

About this program

The liver processes nearly everything that enters your body — food, medications, alcohol, and environmental toxins alike — through a two-step detoxification pathway (Phase I and Phase II) that converts fat-soluble compounds into water-soluble ones the kidneys can excrete. When that pathway is sluggish, the traditional signs are fatigue, poor fat digestion, skin breakouts, and difficulty processing hormones. This program leans on bitter, liver-supportive herbs — milk thistle for hepatocyte protection, dandelion root and yellow dock for bile flow, artichoke for fat digestion, and bupleurum and turmeric for their traditional anti-inflammatory role — to support the organ's own regenerative capacity rather than trying to force detoxification through diet alone.

How it works

The program moves through three stages: Preparation gently primes bile flow and digestion before the more active work begins, the Active Cleanse phase is where the full herbal combination runs at its highest intensity to stimulate hepatocyte turnover and bile production, and Consolidation tapers the herbs down while nutrition habits take over to maintain the gains.

Goal

Stimulate bile flow, accelerate liver cell regeneration, flush accumulated toxins stored in hepatic tissue, and restore healthy Phase I & II detoxification enzyme activity.

Benefits

Reduced liver enzyme levelsImproved fat digestionClearer skinMore energyReduced bloatingBetter hormone metabolism

Is this right for you?

Some dietary discipline required — best if you've completed a gentle program before.

Best suited to anyone who regularly consumes alcohol, has a history of fatty liver findings, relies on frequent medication use, or simply notices sluggish digestion and low energy that hasn't responded to smaller diet changes.

Preparation

Days 1–2

Remove alcohol, processed foods, fried foods, and refined sugar entirely.

Begin each morning with warm lemon water (juice of ½ lemon in 300ml warm water).

Take Milk Thistle (200mg silymarin) twice daily with meals.

Drink 3–4 cups of Dandelion Root tea throughout the day.

Eat only whole foods: steamed vegetables, brown rice, legumes, raw salads.

Avoid all medication that is not essential — consult your doctor first.

Active Cleanse

Days 3–6

Continue Milk Thistle supplementation twice daily.

Add Globe Artichoke extract (320mg) before your largest meal.

Brew a liver support tea: combine Yellow Dock root + Dandelion root + Bupleurum — steep 15 mins, drink 2 cups daily.

Add ½ tsp turmeric powder + pinch of black pepper to food at every meal (or take 500mg curcumin capsule).

Perform a 12-hour overnight fast (stop eating at 7pm, resume at 7am).

Light walking 20–30 min daily to stimulate lymphatic drainage.

Castor oil pack over the liver area (right side abdomen) for 30–45 minutes, 3 evenings.

Consolidation

Day 7

Eat only raw fruits and vegetables and fresh juices for the full day.

Drink a Dandelion + lemon + ginger juice first thing in the morning.

Continue Milk Thistle — taper off over the following week.

Introduce fermented foods (sauerkraut, kefir) to restore gut flora.

Dry brush skin before showering to support lymphatic drainage.
